Contrary to popular believe, Streisand ex Jon Peters is not giving up on his bio, Studio Head, even though he returned his advance from the publisher.  Rumor has it that threats of lawsuits scared the publisher, but that Jon and his family remain fearless and determined.  Let's not forget this is the man who rose from nothing to become a haidresser than a studio head.  Although Barbra has published a Truth Alert, it will probably become a matter of "he said, she said" for her and many other potential victims of this gruesome bio.  Let's face it, Hollywood is nothing but a power struggle where all weapons are used; Jon is just going to shed some light on this.
