Xing - you're so funny. Diane Krall is a jazz/standards singer who is married to Elvis Costello. She's ok, but I'm not a fan. I do have high hopes for this album though. Barbra fans have been waiting for a song with just Barbra and piano and Diane said in a recent interview that fans will finally get what they want. So, you may not know Diane Krall now, but I suspect that once this album is released, you will.

OK - I'm watching the concert right now and I forgot how bad Il Divo was. I really can't stand their "infernal caterwalling" (to quote C. Montgomery Burns again). At least they are back up singers and not the main event.

Catterwalling, indeed. Mr. Burns would have released the hounds on Il Divo. The concert was good because all her needless chatter was chopped out. I got a little concerned about her dog's health when I saw her lick Barbra's face at intermission. I guess Barbra wears make-up that has already been tested on animals. That dog was licking away. I wonder where JB was.

JB is making movies. He has another one coming out this summer. Funny how he keeps working, but she can't do anything. That dumb barn must be complete by now!

The barn will never be done to Barbra's exact specs. She will notice that the flowers aren't chaging colors and that there is ORANGE in the mix. She will call Deepak Chopra and he will guide her to another one of his books that explains that if your flowers don't change colors, life sux. She will then channel Daisy Gamble who will make flowers grow instantly. Then, she will have to do more concerts. That's why there was the TV concert which was just one big advertisement for the the DVDs. And since "Emily" is not included on any of the DVDs, I fear fans will boycott in droves. Then, she will have to resort to camel toe shots and mandisa (whatever the hell that is, Xing) to win new fans. By the way Xing, please never leave Mandisa out overnight. It truly stinks and can result in catching the Swine Flu.

I was getting the hots for you Xing, so I'm sad you are taken by another. I'm a lowly American wishing I had a man who I could teach about the horrors of Mandisa and Camel Toe. They will get you nowhere. You would be better off with Swine Flu. But you are in love with a nice man. Good luck.

Hi Xing - Barbra here. I was on line this morning searching for the truth and as usual, this site came up. The previous poster is correct. In fact, the words sounded so familar I searched them too and found that I had recorded them in a song! As you know, I never remember the songs I've sung (which is why I keep releasing People, Evergreen, Smile and Children Will Listen over and over again), so when I googled those words, I realized that I said them to Celine Dion when she was strugging with love. They worked for her she said them to her papi (Canadian for "grandpa") and they fell in love and had a test tube baby who has yet to have a haircut! It will work for you too!

By the way, I used to live over a Chinese restaurant in the 60's and am looking for a good recipe for egg rolls. Do you have one? If so, post it here and I'll trade you my recipe for coffee ice cream.

I think Mandisa is a singing who competed on American Idol. She did not win. I don't think it has anything to do with rotten, stinky fish. Unless it's a molested fish covered in guava jelly.
