February 5, 2008--Who is Adam Streisand?
photo
Just when you thought there were only two Streisands left, another one pops up. His name is Adam Streisand. He made the news yesterday as Britney Spears' new lawyer. He appeared in court yesterday trying to gain control of Britney's $40 million dollar estate which is now under the control of Britney's father and a court-appointed lawyer. Adam was basically told that Britney was not capable of hiring a lawyer and therefore he had to leave the court without getting his client's estate back. BTW, some believe he is related to that other Streisand.

He's Eve's partner from Biblical times. Only now does he reveal his last name. Doesn't he look great for his age?

I thought he was Emily's partner, but Eve does make more sense. Speaking of that minx, where is Ems? Maybe she's competing with Barbra and Glenn for the lead in Sunset Boulevard. I think Grandma (and her hands) would make a better Norma, but what do I know? I also think Mariah Carey is a great actress and Barbra's version of "A Little Help From My Friends" is definitive.

I'm sure if we keep asking about Emily, she will eventually pop up on this site and reveal to us what she is doing. Everyone eventually does. I was not surprised when Mariah visited this space. But I was a little surprised about Ted Haggard and Mark Foley. This is like a "Field of Dreams" site. If you talk about them, they will come.

Em, here. There was too little traffic on the site so I decided to "reveal" myself. I've been preparing an "Intimate Evening with Emily" concert tour to raise money for Obama. Special guest will be Roslyn Kind. Roz and I need to teach Barbra once and for all that she is not the only diva who can raise funds. Unfortunately, I can't fill the Verizon Center so I hope to play at the 9:30 Club or the Hawk and Dove when I stop in DC. I'm putting together a back up band and all that's missing is someone who plays a tambourine so well like Grandma.

Em here again. I saw the webmaster of this site at the Verizon concert and fell head over heals. He was scoping out Babs souvenirs and he totally caught my eye. I wondered for a moment whether he had a good singing voice and then I figured with a bod like that, it didn't matter. So I'm praying that he would be willing to be some eye candy for my tour. Grandma, obviously, is not going to sell tickets. Even with her amazing hands.
