I was or wasn't amused by Ben Affleck's recent statement that his relationship with J.Lo ruined his career. Of course, he would time his statement with the launch of the sultry diva's first ever tour. What people do for publicity, including making up stories like this. A million relationships end in Hollywood and the careers just go on. Perhaps no one has bothered to tell Ben why his career is in the toilet. Well, in that case, I WILL.  No. 1: Ben, you are not that talented. You made one or two good movies , a script and that's it. You are not a great actor, not even a good one. All of your performances are the same and they grow more and more wooden by the movie. No. 2. Ben, you are a failure when it comes to picking movies. Gigli? Really. Jersey Girl? Come on. Dogma? Good heavens! No. 3. Ben, buddy, you are losing your looks. Don't think we haven't noticed the receding hairline. No. 4. Ben, there seems to be a rumor that you are a closet case. Leaving J.Lo, the curviest woman on the planet, and marrying Jennifer Garner (who looks like, eh, Matt Damon in drag) didn't exactly stop the rumors. You see, J.Lo has nothing to do with it. It's just you bad judgment and your dubious talent. Please go away already.
