Well, just when you thought she'd finally retire, rumor has spread that she will take her tired concert to a Broadway theater and call it a one-woman show.  Why am I not surprised?  I think she's figured that performing is her only source of income and she is going to do it until no one is willing to pay.  Forget her retirement statements.  She is used to a lifestyle.  A lifestyle that needs substantial income.  Well, I for one vote that her act replace the equally tired Grey Gardens, which is the most overrated production currently on Broadway.  Indeed, that dreadful show which features the most ghastly song ever composed for a musical: Jerry Likes My Corn.  There is one thing that will send me to my crypt early--Barbra singing Jerry Likes My Corn.  What else could top Emily?
