I am always on the quest for great voices and I definitely have found one.  San Diego singer Devlin debuted her cabaret act in New York City at the prestigious Helen's.  I have heard Devlin before, but never has she been better.  In flawless voice, Devlin performed over a dozen well-chosen tunes.  Rarely do we find such amazing voices matched with perfect phrasing and timing.  The singer's acting background was also evident during the evening.  Emotions were carried not only by her voice, but through her eyes as well.  Expresssions were priceless in Goldfinger (which she medleyed with Diamonds are forever)  and many of the other offerings of the evening.  This is one singer to watch.
